Access Control
Customizable Access Rights
Possibly one of the easiest parts of the system for Golmar to link between the two sections of the development. Settign up a list of comemrcial access rights and a list of residential access rights allows you to select which doors or access points can be opened by each user of the system and also set any tiem constraints. So the residential side of the development will work 24/7 while you can restrict the commercial access to working hours. There will also be the need for emergency out of hours access by the managers or evening access by cleaning staff. All easy to setup and amange via the cloud with IP Opener.
CCTV
Dividing/Uniting the system
Possibly a tricky task, for many... But at Golmar we have the solution. Each area of the multi-use scheme can have it's on CCTV system, independant and managed apart from the other elements of the development. It is important that peopel cannto view the areas that they do not have a right to view afterall. Golmar then offers a special software package that allows you as the owner or oevrall site security personnel to bring all of these together in one place, so that you do not have to dial in to each CCTV feed seperately. This lacks some of the fine tuning that each sectiosn has, but allow syou to fully utilise all of the features of the cameras like the 360° IP camera and deterent functions.

Intercom System
Editable and Manageable
Commercial intercoms need the ability to enter business, and for an office building this may also have a high rate of change of tenants. Meanign a lot of changes. By using our Sixty5 series of panels this become a simple task whether you choose to do this on site or use a web linkedpanel to make the update remotely.
Golmar's range of receivers also allows for simple audio handset or video monitors whihc can we wall mounted or fitted to a desk stand to sit behind a reception desk in an office entrance. If your project uses seperate enrtances than you may decide to fit independant systems but if the entrances are close together then why not fit one panel, and select which entrance is released by the user, one for commercial and the other for residential...
